What Causes Body Odor

Body odor is widely associated with sweating, because every time we sweat we tend to develop body odor. But did you know that body odor is not caused by sweating, and that sweat by itself is actually odorless?

So then what causes body odor to occur, if it is not sweat? 

The answer is simple, sweat only brings out what is already on the inside of the body. If we have a lot of toxins built up on the inside, they will cause body odor to occur once they are brought out through the surface of the skin.
