How To Switch To the Raw Food Diet

Many people are switching to the raw food diet for various different reasons. Some switch because they want to cure their disease, prevent disease, lose weight, or just to look and feel younger. But making that change in the diet can be a lot tougher than what it sounds, especially if family or friends are not supportive.

Cooked, processed and junk foods are just as addictive as cigarettes, booze or drugs, and perhaps even deadlier. And breaking the addiction of these foods can be just as tough if not tougher, simply because the lack of moral support.
