Did you know that chocolate is good for you? As a matter of fact, chocolate is so good for you that you should eat it for breakfast, lunch and supper. Hard to believe isn't it?

All chocolate comes from a fruit tree grown in places like  Brazil, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Venezuela and Africa just to name a few.

During harvest the fruit is cut open and the seeds, also known as cacao beans are removed and sun dried before being sold or processed into chocolate.
